Staff Profiles
Dr Frank Noronha
Dr. Frank Noronha graduated from the University of Melbourne in 1990 and has been actively working as the principal dentist in private practice in metropolitan and regional Victoria for over 30 years. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience in all facets of dentistry, but has a passion in the area of Orthodontics, in both traditional fixed braces, as well as clear aligners (Invisalign) and early childhood interceptive orthopaedics.
Outside of his professional life Frank enjoys travel, experiencing the food and culture of other countries, catching the latest Hollywood movie, and driving along beautiful Australian roads.
Dr. Noronha is also fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin.
Dr Min-Hao Chang
Dr. Min-Hao Chang obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Melbourne. He was born in Taiwan, grew up in Canada, and is now practicing dentistry in Melbourne. His treatment philosophy is centred around prevention and minimal intervention dentistry.
He places great focus on professional development and continual education, allowing him to provide the latest evidence-based dental treatment for his patients.
Min’s interests outside of dentistry includes playing video games in his free time, as well as golfing & fishing when the weather is nice.
